Part 1: Deadlift 1,1,1,1,1,1 Build to a heavy Single. Rest 2-3 min. Start ~70%

Part 2:

For Time
1500/1200 meter Row
36 TNG Deadlifts (3 burpees every break)
63 Box Jump Overs

RX 225/155, L2 185/125, L1 135/95.
(Time Cap: 15 minutes)

Goal on DL 2 – 3 sets

Scale: BJO => Step Overs

Notes: Stimulus = Endurance. Part 1 is building to a heavy single but not a lot of volume. Part 2 will work your endurance with more deadlift volume and less weight. Stay extra focused on the box jump overs.
