Part 2: “Snatch and Run”

AMRAP 12 – 10 Power Snatch, 200m Run, 5 Bar MU. R

X 95/65, L2 85/55, L1 75/45

Notes: Weight should be light enough to do unbroken TNG Snatch almost everytime. No Scaled BMU

Scale: Bar MU -> 10 C2B or Pullups -> 15 Ring Rows
